How a Simple Uber Ride Sparked Evolution CRM
Evolution CRM was born during an Uber ride I shared with a salesperson from a small Colorado company. When I mentioned I was a Salesforce consultant, they immediately shared their frustration—Salesforce just wasn’t working for them.
They hadn’t received much help getting started. U.S.-based consultants were too expensive, often charging over $100 an hour. Offshore options were cheaper, but time zones, language barriers, and poor communication made it nearly impossible to get good support or results.
